Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Playtech plc has been notified of the following dealings in its ordinary shares by certain Directors/PDMRs of the Company, as follows:

·      Moran Weizer, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 55,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £5.3924 per share on 5 July 2018.

·      Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 15,000 Shares at a price of £5.406 per share on 5 July 2018.

·      Alan Jackson, Chairman, purchased 10,000 Shares at a price of £5.401 per share on 5 July 2018.

·     Ron Hoffman, Chief Executive Officer of TradeTech Group, purchased 13,300 Shares at a price of £5.4385 per share on 5 July 2018.

The notifications for Moran Weizer, Andrew Smith, Alan Jackson and Ron Hoffman can be found below. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.

The purchases made by Moran Weizer and Andrew Smith include Shares (35,930 Shares and 11,612 Shares respectively) acquired in accordance with the requirements of the Company's remuneration policy under which 25% of annual bonus is deferred into shares for two years.
