NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PDMR

PURCHASE OF SHARES

In fulfillment of its obligations under DTR 3.1.2R and DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a) Playtech plc ('the Company') wishes to notify that on 5 March 2014, Mor Weizer, an executive director, notified the Company that he had acquired 36,000 ordinary shares in the Company (approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital) at a price of £7.25 per share and Ron Hoffman, an executive director, notified the Company that he had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company (approximately 0.001% of the issued share capital) at a price of £7.25 per share.

The above notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (rule 3.1.2R).
