NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMR

EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

In fulfillment of its obligations under DTR 3.1.2R and DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a) Playtech plc wishes to notify that on 26 February 2014, Shmuel Weiss, a person discharging managerial responsibility, notified the Company that on 25 February 2014 he had exercised options over, in aggregate, 200,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at a price of £4.35 granted to him on 25 April 2008 under the terms of the Playtech 2005 Global Share Plan (the "Plan"). On 25 February 2014 Shmuel Weiss also completed the sale of all 200,000 ordinary shares of no par value issued to him on exercise of the options at a price of £8.31 per share.

The above notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (rule 3.1.2R).
