Recommended acquisition of Ava Trade Ltd. 

Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

Playtech is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of Playtech shareholders held earlier today in connection with the recommended acquisition of Ava Trade Ltd. (the "Acquisition") by the Company, the resolution proposed was duly passed on a poll.

For information, the votes cast were as follows:
