In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company is today announcing that the 261,421,771 securities listed in the table above under ASX Code 'PLYAB' and the 410,625 securities listed in the table above under ASX Code 'PLYAC' will be released from escrow on the 19[th] December, 2022.

PlaySide Studios notes that 238,838,111 of the 261,421,771 unquoted shares being released from escrow are controlled by the co-founders and directors of the Company, namely, Gerry Sakkas, Mark Goulopoulos and Aaron Pasias. The directors wish to inform the market that they have not entertained discussions regarding the sale of any of these holdings in the lead-up to their release from escrow, nor do they have any current intentions to do so.
