Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director – Sophie Karzis

PlaySide Studios Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophie Karzis to its board as an independent non-executive director effective from today.

Sophie is a qualified lawyer specialising in the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Law and has practised as a corporate and commercial lawyer in the areas of equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance for ASX listed entities for over twenty years.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Monash University and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Governance Institute of Australia.

She is currently a non-executive director of Touch Ventures Limited (ASX: TVL), RAS Technology Holdings Limited (ASX: RAS) and PRT Company Limited (ASX: PRT).

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 15.5, the Company confirms that this document has been authorized for release to the market by the Board.
