Resignation of Hans ten Cate

The Directors of PlaySide Studios Limited (ASX:PLY) wish to advise of the resignation of Mr Hans ten Cate as a Director of the Company, effective today.

Hans joined the Board on the 31[st of] October 2020 and has bought to the Board significant experience in both scaling start-ups and AAA game development.

The Directors would like to express their sincere thanks to Hans for his valuable contribution to PlaySide and wish him well as he continues to manage his significant US based commitments.

The Directors can advise they have commenced their search for another USA based replacement and will advise once any new appointment is made.
