Playfair Mining Closes Private Placement
Playfair Mining is pleased to announce that it has closed the non-brokered private placement announced on May 18, 2022. The Company has issued 10,700,000 common shares at $0.075 per share for gross proceeds of $802,500. All securities issued are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance. The proceeds will be used for exploration on the RKV project in South Central Norway and for general working capital purposes.
