Şirketimizin 2022 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda elde edilen dağıtılabilir kardan ortaklara brüt 17.600.000 TL., net 15.840.000 TL kar payının 10.10.2023 tarihinden itibaren Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. tarafından sermaye piyasası mevzuatının kaydi sisteme ilişkin düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde nakden dağıtılmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
