Yönetim Kurulu'nun kâr dağıtımı ile ilgili önerisi çerçevesinde "Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (" SPK ")'nın Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1 sayılı Tebliğ) hükümleri dahilinde, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, sunum esasları SPK'nın konuya ilişkin kararları uyarınca belirlenen, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre; 816.881 Türk Lirası tutarında "Net Dönem Zararı" oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre, Yönetim Kurulu'nun önerisi doğrultusunda 2023 faaliyet yılına ilişkin kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına katılanların oybirliği ile karar verildi.
