Additional Explanations

· İlgili dönem içinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri uyarınca hazırlanmış olan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş mali tablolara göre vergi sonrası net karın 18.561.264 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre hazırlanan mali tablolarına göre ise 20.238.793 TL olduğuna,

· 2021 faaliyet dönemi karının %100 oranında nakden dağıtılmasına,

· SPK hükümlerine göre hazırlanmış net dönem karının, kar dağıtımına esas olarak belirlenmesine,

· TTK'nunun ilgili hükmü gereği, yasal net dönem karı üzerinden %5 oranında 1.011.939,65 TL 1. Tertip yasal yedek akçe ayrılmasına,

· Dönem içinde yapılan 1.342 TL'lik bağışın dikkate alınarak, kar dağıtım matrahının 17.550.666,40 TL olarak tespit edilmesine ve bu matrah üzerinden %20 oranında nakden 1. Temettü ayrılmasına,

· Kalan tutar üzerinden 12.762.901,02 TL 2. Temettü ve 1.276.290,10 TL 2. Tertip yasal yedek akçe ayrılmasına,
