RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Planetree International Development Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Ms. Wong Sheun Fun, Estella (“ Ms. Wong ”) has tendered her resignation as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2021, due to her other business commitments.

Ms. Wong has confirmed to the Company that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to thank Ms. Wong for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure of office.
