PLANETEL S.p.A. ANNOUNCES ITS FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2021

Treviolo (BG), 22 January 2021 – Planetel S.p.A., ("the Company" or "Planetel") parent company of a Group operating nationally in Telecommunications, listed on AIM Italia, in compliance with the disclosure requirements set forth art. 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulations, announces the following financial calendar events in respect of the year 2021, as approved on this day by the Board of Directors' Meeting.

29 March 2021	Board of Directors' Meeting Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Company's Financial Statements and the Group's Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.
29 April 2021 (first call) 30 April 2021 (second call)	Shareholders' Meeting Planetel's Shareholders Meeting for the approval of the Company's Financial Statements and presentation of the Group's Consolidated Financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.
27 September 2021	Board of Directors' Meeting Meeting of the Company's Board of Directors for the approval of the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements as at 30 June 2021.
