PLANETEL S.P.A. TAKES PART IN ROADSHOW ORGANIZED BY ALANTRA TO MEET 40 ITALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS REPRESENTING 24 INVESTMENT FIRMS
Treviolo (BG) 10 February 2021 – Planetel S.p.A., head of a Group operating nationally in Telecommunications, listed on AIM Italia, multilateral trading facility set up and run by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces today's participation in the Roadshow organized by Alantra – the Company's Corporate Broker – to meet Italian and international investors.
At Alantra's roadshow - event for showcasing both the Company and its Business Model - Planetel will be represented by Bruno Pianetti, Planetel's Founder and CEO , Mirko Mare, Managing Director, whose busy schedule will include one-to-one encounters and virtual group meetings with 40 Italian and international investors representing as many as 24 investment firms.
"This roadshow, the first in a rich meeting schedule organized with Alantra, is an opportunity for a postlisting encounter with the financial market " - states Planetel's Founder and CEO, Bruno Pianetti – "to showcase the Group's business plan and growth outlook to Italian and international investors. We are implementing our plans ahead of schedule. We give our thanks to Alantra for having set up, for the publication of Planetel's initiating coverage, this new encounter which is set to considerably contribute towards enhancing Planetel's visibility on financial markets the world over".
The pro-forma data at listing date shows the Group's Value of Production at 30 June 2020 amounting to approximately 9.8 million euros, with an EBITDA of around 1.8 million euros; and an 18% EBITDA margin over the first semerster of 2020, scoring around a 15% increase compared to the value at 31 December 2019.
