NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE IN SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS

Treviolo (Bergamo), 21 March 2025 – Planetel S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Planetel"), parent company of the group of the same name operating nationwide in the telecommunications sector, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan multilateral trading system organised and run by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces, in accordance with the Transparency Regulations and art. 17 of the EGM Issuers' Regulations, that it was today informed by the shareholder Eiffel Investment Group that it had reduced its stake in the company's share capital below the 5% threshold.

As a result of the recent divestment transaction, Eiffel Investment Group reduced its stake in Planetel, decreasing the shares held from 372,750 to 337,750 ordinary shares held, while still maintaining a significant 4.97 percent stake in the share capital of Planetel S.p.A.

On the basis of the communications received from shareholders and the information currently available to it, pursuant to art. 26 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuer's Regulations the Company states that, according to the latest information it has received, the current share ownership of Planetel S.p.A. is as follows:
