CHANGE IN CORPORATE STRUCTURE
Treviolo (Bergamo), 2nd May 2023 – Planetel S.p.A., ("the Company" or "Planetel"), the parent company of a group of the same name operating nationwide in the telecommunications sector, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, the multilateral trading system organised and run by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the shareholder Bruno Mario Pianetti - Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Planetel - has notified it of the transfer of his direct holding in the share capital of Planetel to BMP HOLDING S.R.L. single-member company, wholly-owned by himself.
Further to the transfer, BMP HOLDING S.R.L. single-member company holds 3,540,984 Planetel shares, amounting to 52.44% of the company's share capital.
Therefore, according to the information available, the current share ownership structure of Planetel is as follows:
