FILED THE RESOLUTION OF MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF NET-ADMIN S.R.L. IN PLANETEL S.p.A.
Treviolo (Bergamo), 14 October 2024 – Further to the press releases issued on 26 September 2024 and 4 October 2024, Planetel S.p.A., ("Planetel"), the parent company of a group of the same name operating nationwide in the telecommunications sector, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, the multilateral trading system organised and run by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the resolution of merger by incorporation of the wholly-owned subsidiary Net-Admin S.r.l. in Planetel was filed by the Register of Companies (Bergamo) on 9 October 2024.
As already stated, the transaction will take place by the simplified procedure, pursuant to art. 2505 of the Italian Civil Code
