("Company") hereby informs that on 13 January 2025 the District Court in Łódź, XX Commercial Department of the National Court Register registered change to the Articles of Association of ORLEN, adopted by the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting as of 2 December 2024.The registered change was approved by the resolution no 6 of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting on 2 December 2024.The Court registered the change to Art. 8.11.5 of the Company's Articles of Association, which is read as follows:"5. Appointing an audit firm to audit or review the financial statements of the Company and the consolidated financial statements of the Group and to provide assurance services with respect to sustainability reporting;"On the basis of the abovementioned change the Extraordinary General Meeting in the resolution no 7 as of 2 December 2024 established the unified text of the Articles of Association which is attached hereto regulatory announcement.
