Report Content Decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. regarding dividend payment for 2024Regulatory announcement no 28/2025 dated 5 June 2025ORLEN S.A. ("Company") announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. as of 5 June 2025, having previously examined the motion of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board's endorsement, decided to allocate a total of PLN 6 965 652 294,00 to the dividend payment i.e. PLN 6.00 per share.The dividend shall be distributed from:- the net profit for 2024 of PLN 3 944 314 694,14- and a portion of the Company's statutory reserve funds created from retained earnings in prior years of PLN 3 021 337 599,86.The Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN determined:- 14 August 2025 as the dividend day and- 1 September 2025 as the dividend payment date.All Company's shares are covered by the dividend payout (1 160 942 049 shares).
