Report Content Dismissal of the statements of claims for annulment or repeal of a resolution of the PGNiG EGMRegulatory announcement no 31/2025 dated 5 June 2025ORLEN S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that the District Court in Łódź, X Commercial Division, has dismissed the main and potential statements of claims for annulment or repeal or non-existence of the resolution no. 3/2022 adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG on October 10, 2022 on the merger of the Company with PGNiG and consent to the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of ORLEN ("Resolution"). The Company informed about that claim in the regulatory announcement no. 90/2022 as of 12 December 2022. That decision is not final.Moreover the District Court in Warsaw, XX Commercial Division, has dismissed statements of claims for annulment or repeal of the above mentioned Resolution. The Company informed about that claim in the regulatory announcement no. 35/2023 as of 11 July 2023. That decision is final.
