("ORLEN", "Company") acquired an information from the District Court for Łódź, X Commercial Division, about the statements of claims filed by the Company's shareholder for annulment or repeal of the following resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 25 June 2024:- Resolution No 13 on discharge of member of the Management Board, Mr Adam Burak of liability for his activities in 2023,- Resolution No 20 on discharge of member of the Management Board, Mrs Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak of liability for her activities in 2023.In the Company's opinion the statements of claims are groundless.
