Report Content Estimations of selected financial data of ORLEN Group for the 2nd quarter 2024Regulatory announcement no 47/2024 dated 9 August 2024ORLEN S.A. ("Company", "ORLEN Group") informs that as part of its work on the interim report for the 1st half of 2024, it prepared estimations of selected financial data for the 2nd quarter 2024.The Company expects that ORLEN Group's EBITDA including the impairment of assets for the 2nd quarter 2024 will amount to ca. PLN 4 542 m, while excluding the impairment of assets, that result will amount to ca. PLN 5 063 m.The Company estimates that ORLEN Group's EBITDA LIFO, excluding the impairment of assets will amount to ca. PLN 5 030 m, while further exclusion of the impact of regulations on counteracting excessive increases in electricity and gas prices, it will amount to ca. PLN 11 306 m.At the same time, the Company informs that works on unconsolidated and consolidated report of ORLEN Group for the 1st half 2024, which the Company will publish on 21 August 2024 are still underway. Therefore, the estimations of selected financial data of ORLEN Group for the 1st half 2024 presented above are subject to change in comparison to the financial data that will be included in the final version of the interim report.
