("Company") announces that on 5 March 2026the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholderthe State Treasury, according to § 9 item 1 point 3 of the Company'sArticles of Association appointed Mr Paweł Wojtunik, with effect as of16 March 2026, for the position of Member of the Management Board of thecurrent term of office.Mr Paweł WojtunikAn expertin security and management of institutions of key national importance.He has experience in managing large organisations and implementingcomplex operational projects, as well as in effective team management.He has unique competences at the intersection of public administration,state services and the financial sector.From 2009 to 2015, he servedas Head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), where he wasresponsible for managing one of the key state institutions in the areaof anti-corruption and supervising strategic proceedings of nationalimportance. Previously, he spent several years working with the Police,including the organised crime division of the National PoliceHeadquarters and the Central Investigation Bureau, where he heldmanagerial positions. He gained international experience while servingat Scotland Yard in the United Kingdom. In 2016, he became an advisor tothe Prime Minister of Moldova on behalf of the European Union,supporting institutional and anti-corruption reforms.In 2024, he wasappointed Vice-President of Kredobank in Ukraine, a bank belonging tothe PKO BP capital group.Graduated from the Faculty of Law at theUniversity of Białystok and the Police Academy in Szczytno - certifiedofficer in the field of public order and security protection.MrPaweł Wojtunik submitted statement that he will not be involved in anyactivity outside ORLEN S.A. including activity competitive with ORLENS.A. and is not and will not be partner of any competitive civil lawpartnership, partnership, capital company, is not member of any board ofa competitive capital company. He also stated that he is not on the listof insolvent debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
