Mr Daniel Obajtek has been dismissed from the Management Board of ORLEN S.A.Regulatory announcement no 5/2024 dated 1 February 2024ORLEN S.A. ("Company") announces that the Company's Supervisory Board, after reviewing the letter of the President of ORLEN's Management Board, Mr Daniel Obajtek, where he declared that "he placed himself at the disposal of the Company's Supervisory Board in the scope of the performed function", decided to dismiss Mr Daniel Obajtek from the ORLEN's Management Board with effect from the end of the day, February, 5th 2024.
