("Company")informs that on 24 July 2024 Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN appointedfollowing persons to the Company's Supervisory Board:- MrMarian Sewerski for the member of the Company's Supervisory Board,-Mr Piotr Wielowieyski for the member of the Company's Supervisory Board.MrMarian SewerskiMr Marian Sewerski is a graduate of the Facultyof the Economics of Production - Construction Economics major at theAcademy of Economics in Krakow (currently University of Economics),where he obtained a master's degree.He gained businessexperience in companies belonging to the Polish Automobile Association,where he held positions of management board and supervisory boardsmember. Then, for twenty-three years, he worked for American oilcorporations: Texaco and Chevron, where he held positions of themanagement board member in Polish companies belonging to thesecorporations. In years 1994-2000 he took part in building a network ofTexaco gas stations.He managed Texaco Lubricants Poland and hewas also sales manager in Chevron Central Europe group, covering thecorporate's companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania. Inyears 2010-2015 he worked in Chevron Poland Energy Resources whichconducted shale gas exploration in Lublin area.He has experiencein combining the requirements and standards of internationalcorporations with local regulations and the realities of the Polishmarket and business environment. He has knowledge and practicalexperience in international HR standards.Mr Marian Sewerski wasalso a non-executive member of the management board for twenty-odd yearsat the Publishing Cooperative "Czytelnik", the oldest Polish publishinghouse, celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2024. After the end of shalegas exploration and the withdrawal of Chevron from Poland, theSupervisory Board of the "Czytelnik" appointed Mr Sewerski to theposition of President of the Management Board in 2017.Mr MarianSewerski acted as President of the Management Board of the PolishOrganization of Petroleum Industry and Trade from 1998 -1999.Hewas a member of the Supervisory Board at Polskie Radio S.A.He servedas secretary of the Supervisory Board at CIECH S.A.Mr PiotrWielowieyskiPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCESince 2016 Economicconsulting services2008 - 2016 PKN ORLEN Group:2012- 2016 Vice President of the Management Board of Unipetrol a.s.Functions performed: Director of Strategy and Acquisitions, Director ofRetail Sales, Director of Sales and Logistics.2014-2016 UNIPETROLRPA s.r.o. They also stated that they are not on the list of insolventdebtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
