We wish to inform you that shareholders of the Company thrrough Postal Ballot conducted from 1[st] September 2021 to 30[th] September 2021 have appointed M/s. MSKA & Associates , Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration No. 105047W) as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the 40[th] Annual General Meeting at a remuneration of Rs 9.75 Lakhs per annum (exclusive of taxes and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses as may be incurred during the audit).
