This is with reference to the Company's submission dated July 4, 2025 whereby the Notice dated May 23, 2025 (AGM Notice) convening the 43[rd] Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 9:30 AM at the registered office in Nagpur was submitted to the stock exchanges.

In this regard, we want to inform you that the Company has observed a typographical error in the AGM Notice. Accordingly, for making necessary rectification, the attached corrigendum to AGM Notice is being issued to all the members of the Company.

CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF THE 43[rd ] ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We draw attention of all the Members of Pix Transmissions Limited towards the Notice dated May 23, 2025 convening the 43[rd] Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 9:30 AM at the registered office in Nagpur.

Regarding Item No. 8 of the Notice, which pertains to the appointment of Mr. Thakur G Hotchandani (DIN 00578526) as Non-Executive Independent Director, we have identified a typographical error. The Resolution type for Item No. 8 was incorrectly mentioned as "Ordinary Resolution" instead of "Special Resolution."

Please note that the Resolution type for Item No. 8 of the Notice of 43[rd] AGM should be read as "Special Resolution."

This Corrigendum forms an integral part of the Notice of the 43[rd] AGM and should be read in conjunction with the original Notice.
