CESSAZIONE ALLA SCADENZA DEL PATTO TRA CHINA NATIONAL TIRE & RUBBER CORPORATION, LTD. E SILK ROAD FUND CO., LTD.
Milano, 3 ottobre 2023 – In ottemperanza a quanto previsto dall'articolo 129 del Regolamento Emittenti Consob 11971/99, si allega l'annuncio che verrà pubblicato domani, 4 ottobre 2023, sul quotidiano Milano Finanza, a cura dei sottoscrittori relativo alla cessazione per scadenza in data 29 settembre 2023 del patto parasociale tra Silk Road Fund Co., Ltd. e China National Tire & Rubber Corporation, Ltd. denominato "Amended and Restated Acting-in-concert Agreement, che conteneva pattuizioni parasociali afferenti Pirelli & C. S.p.A..

TERMINATION FOR THE EXPIRY OF THE SHAREHOLDERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN CHINA NATIONAL TIRE & RUBBER CORPORATION, LTD. AND SILK ROAD FUND CO., LTD.
Milan, 3 October 2023 - In compliance with the requirements of article 129 of the Regolamento Emittenti Consob 11971/99, attached is the announcement which will be published tomorrow 4 October 2023 in the daily newspaper Milano Finanza, by the signatories, relative to the termination for the expiry on 29 September 2023 of the shareholders agreement between Silk Road Fund Co., Ltd. and China National Tire & Rubber Corporation, Ltd., named "Amended and Restated Acting-in-concert Agreement" containing the shareholder agreements relating to Pirelli & C. S.p.A..

CESSAZIONE ALLA SCADENZA DEL PATTO PARASOCIALE RELATIVO A PIRELLI & C. S.P.A. (L'"EMITTENTE") SOTTOSCRITTO IN DATA 29 MARZO 2021
Si rende noto che in data 29 settembre 2023 è cessato per scadenza del termine contrattuale il patto parasociale denominato "Amended and Restated Acting-in-concert Agreement" (il "Patto Parasociale") sottoscritto in data 29 marzo 2021 tra China National Tire & Rubber Corporation, Ltd. ("CNRC") e Silk Road Fund Co., Ltd. ("SRF"), avente ad oggetto l'impegno di SRF a votare nelle assemblee dell'Emittente secondo le indicazioni di CNRC quanto al 5% del capitale dell'Emittente detenuto da SRF.
La notizia della cessazione del Patto Parasociale è stata depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Milano in data 3 ottobre 2023.
