Pirelli: trasmessa la Physical Settlement Notice

Milano, 15 aprile 2021 – Pirelli & C. S.p.A. (la "Società") annuncia che, a seguito dell'iscrizione al Registro Imprese delle deliberazioni assunte dall'assemblea straordinaria del 24 marzo 2021, ha trasmesso in data odierna ai titolari di obbligazioni del prestito obbligazionario di tipo equitylinked denominato "EUR 500 million Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Equity-linked Bonds due 2025" la Physical Settlement Notice per effetto della quale è prevista, a far data dal 6 maggio 2021, la possibilità per i titolari di esercitare il diritto di conversione delle obbligazioni in azioni ordinarie della Società come previsto nelle condizioni del prestito obbligazionario.

Pirelli: Physical Settlement Notice transmitted

Milan, 15 April 2021 – Pirelli & C. S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, following the registration in the Companies Register of the resolutions adopted by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on 24 March 2021, the Company transmitted today to the bondholders of the equity-linked bonds named "EUR 500 million Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Equity-linked Bonds due 2025" the Physical Settlement Notice pursuant to which, from 6 May 2021, the bondholders will be entitled to convert the bonds into shares of the Company according to the Terms and Conditions of the bonds.
