PIRELLI: DEPOSITO ESTRATTO VERBALE NOTARILE CDA DEL 14 DICEMBRE 2020
Milano, 16 dicembre 2020 - Si rende noto che è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale di Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milano, Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli 25 e pubblicato sul sito internet della Società www.pirelli.com e del meccanismo di stoccaggio eMarket Storage (), l'estratto notarile del verbale della riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Pirelli & C. S.p.A. del 14 dicembre 2020 e la connessa Determinazione Esecutiva di deliberazione del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 15 dicembre 2020.
In tale riunione, le cui delibere sono già state rese note al mercato nella stessa data, il Consiglio ha stabilito di procedere all'emissione di un prestito obbligazionario infruttifero di interesse senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linkedper Euro 500 milioni con scadenza al 2025 riservato ad Investitori Istituzionali.

PIRELLI: EXTRACT OF NOTARY'S MINUTES FOR BOARD MEETING OF 14 DECEMBER 2020 PUBLISHED
Milan, 16 December 2020 - Pirelli announces that the extract of notary's minutes for the Board of Directors meeting of Pirelli & C. SpA of December 14, 2020, and the related Notarised statement of decisions of the Board of Directors meeting of December 15, 2020, are available to the public at Pirelli & C's legal headquarters in Milan at Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli 25 and published on the Company's website www.pirelli.com as well as in the eMarket Storage mechanism ().
At this meeting, the decisions of which were published on the same day, the Board decided to proceed with a €500 million senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked zero coupon Bond issue due 2025 to Institutional Investors.
