Ammissione alle negoziazioni del prestito obbligazionario infruttifero di interesse senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked per Euro 500 milioni con scadenza al 2025 di Pirelli & C. S.p.A.

Milano, 18 dicembre 2020 – Pirelli & C. S.p.A. rende noto che in data odierna il prestito obbligazionario infruttifero di interesse senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked di Euro 500 milioni con scadenza al 2025 (codice ISIN: XS2276552598) (le "Obbligazioni"), è stato ammesso alle negoziazioni presso il Vienna MTF, un sistema multilaterale di negoziazione gestito dalla Borsa di Vienna.

L'avvio delle negoziazioni è previsto il 22 dicembre 2020, in coincidenza con la data di emissione e di regolamento delle Obbligazioni. ***

Admission to trading of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. €500 million senior unsecured guaranteed equitylinked zero coupon Bonds due 2025

Milan, 18 December 2020 – Pirelli & C. S.p.A. announces that today the €500 million senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked zero coupon bonds due 2025 (ISIN code: XS2276552598) (the "Bonds"), have been admitted to trading on the Vienna MTF, a multilateral trading system managed by the Vienna Stock Exchange.

The expected date of the first trading day is 22 December 2020, which coincides with the issue and settlement date of the Bonds.
