COSTITUITA LA NUOVA DIREZIONE A DIRETTO RIPORTO DEL VICE PRESIDENTE ESECUTIVO E CEO MARCO TRONCHETTI PROVERA
Milano, 23 luglio 2020 – In linea con quanto già anticipato al mercato in data 15 luglio 2020, il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Pirelli, riunitosi in data odierna, ha costituito su proposta del Vice Presidente Esecutivo e CEO, Marco Tronchetti Provera e a suo diretto riporto, la Direzione Generale co-CEO, affidata ad Angelos Papadimitriou con effetto 1° agosto 2020.
Al fine di massimizzare l'efficacia operativa al Direttore Generale co-CEO sono attribuiti le leve esecutive e il coordinamento generale delle funzioni di supporto necessari per l'implementazione del modello di business integrato e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.

NEW OFFICE CONSTITUTED REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN AND CEO MARCO TRONCHETTI PROVERA
Milan, 23 July 2020 – In line with that which was announced to the market on July 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Pirelli, which met today, has constituted at the proposal of the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO, Marco Tronchetti Provera, and reporting directly to him, the Office of General Manager co-CEO, entrusted to Angelos Papadimitriou. It will be effective from August 1, 2020.
To maximize operational effectiveness, the General Manager co-CEO will be attributed with the executive levers and general coordination of support functions needed for the implementation of the integrated business model and achievement of business targets.
