PIRELLI: BOARD MEMBERS ARTONI, CASIMIRO, GLASENBERG, LAZAREV AND SOGLAEV RESIGN

Milan 14 October 2015 – Pirelli announces that Anna Maria Artoni, Didier Casimiro, Ivan Glasenberg, Petr Lazarev and Igor Soglaev have tendered their resignations from the Company's Board of Directors, with effect from October 19, 2015.

Pirelli wishes to thank the outgoing board members for their contributions to the Group.
