Notice of filing of documents relating to the Shareholders' Meeting of Piquadro S.p.A. to be held on July 28, 2025 on first call, and, if necessary, on July 29, 2025 on second call - Errata Corrige

Silla di Gaggio Montano (BO), July 14, 2025. With reference to the press release issued by the Company on 11 July 2025 regarding the filing, in accordance with applicable law, by the shareholder Piquadro Holding S.p.A., holder of a total of 34,186,208 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 68.37% of the share capital of Piquadro entitled to vote at the Shareholders' Meeting, of proposed resolutions on items 2.1, 2.2, 2.4 and 2.5 of the agenda of the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Piquadro S.p.A., it is hereby announced that the letter from Piquadro Holding S.p.A. containing such proposed resolutions, published on the same date on the Company's website www.piquadro.com in the Investor Relations section and on the authorised storage mechanism available at , has been corrected due to a clerical error in the listing of the items on the agenda.

It is hereby specified that the proposed resolutions have not undergone any changes.

The revised version of the letter, containing the corrected agenda listing, is being published today in replacement of the previous version, on the Company's website www.piquadro.com in the Investor Relations section and on the authorised storage mechanism available at .
