With reference to the resignation of Mr. Giovagnoni from the position of executive director of the Company, referred to in the press release of January 8, 2024, in addition to the information provided in the press release, it is specified that Mr. Giovagnoni's resignation occurred for personal reasons.

The Group's consolidated turnover for the year 2022/2023 ended on March 31, 2023, is € 175.6 million.
