Notification of shareholder presentation

The Company announces that a shareholder presentation of its final results will be held at the offices of Sanlam Securities UK Limited, 10 King William Street, London, EC4N 7TW at 14.30 on Tuesday 8 December 2015 (“Shareholder Presentation”) to which shareholders are invited.

PipeHawk will publish its final results for the year ended 30 June 2015 as soon as possible and, in any event, prior to the date of the Shareholder Presentation.
