Result of AGM and Update on Grant Application

The Company announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company announces that its recent application for the Phase 2 H2020 funding which was submitted in October 2016 was unsuccessful because of the high number of applications in the quarter.  However, the Company did receive a Seal of Excellence for the quality of submission and has been advised by its professional adviser to re-submit the application for next round of funding.  The Company therefore will be re-submitting a further application in mid-January 2017, with a decision expected by late March 2017.

Following the AGM the Company made various presentations on the activities of the Group which will be available on the Company website (www.pipehawk.com) shortly.
