ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGES IN THE SHARE CAPITAL AND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

Santa Maria di Sala (Venice), January 8, 2021 – Piovan S.p.A. ("Piovan" or the "Company") hereby announces a change in its share capital represented by voting rights, which occurred on December 31, 2020, effective from today.

In this regard, it should be noted that the change resulted from the accrual of the increased voting rights for no. 1,008,379 ordinary shares by the shareholder Pentafin S.p.A. and for no. 4,800,000 ordinary shares by the shareholder 7 Industries Holding B.V., pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and in application of the provisions of art. 6 of the Company's bylaws.
