ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGES IN THE SHARE CAPITAL AND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

Santa Maria di Sala (Venice), September 23, 2020 – Piovan S.p.A. ("Piovan" or the "Company") hereby announces a change in its share capital represented by voting rights, which occurred on September 22, 2020.

In this regard, it should be noted that the change did not follow any transfer of Company's shares, but resulted exclusively from the waiver by Pentafin S.p.A. of its increased voting rights for no. 6,018,031 ordinary shares. This waiver has the effect of increasing the free float of the Company expressed in terms of voting rights. It is also specified that Pentafin S.p.A. did not sell any of its Company's shares in.
