THE BOD OF PIOVAN S.P.A. APPROVES THE ANNUAL CALENDAR OF 2024 CORPORATE EVENTS
Santa Maria di Sala (Venice), January 25, 2024 – The Board of Directors of Piovan S.p.A. (the "Company") today has approved the annual calendar of corporate events of the Company for the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

The data will be sent to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. within the deadline set out in the applicable regulation and published on the Company website at www.piovan.com, Investors / Investor Relations section, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism at as prescribed by law.
The Company hereby informs that, pursuant to art. 2.2.3 (3) of the Rules of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., in lieu of the Interim Management Report relating to the fourth quarter of financial year 2023, within 90 days from the end of the year, the Company will publish an Annual financial report drawn up pursuant to Art. 154-ter (1) of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998.
Any variation to the above dates will be disclosed to the market without delay.
