PIOVAN GROUP EXPRESSES ITS DEEPEST SOLIDARITY WITH THE PEOPLE AFFECTED BY THE WAR EVENTS AND REASSURES REGARDING ITS EXPOSURE TOWARDS RUSSIA

Santa Maria di Sala (VE), March 7, 2022 – In light of the outbreak and the persistence of hostilities between Ukraine and Russia, Piovan S.p.A. together with its subsidiaries ("Piovan Group") expresses its deepest solidarity with the people tragically affected by the war events.

The group's exposure to the areas involved is relatively low compared to its total activities. Based on preliminary 2021 data and including the contribution of the recent acquisition of IPEG, Inc., the turnover generated by the group in Russia and Ukraine was equal to 0.8% of the consolidated turnover.

Piovan Group makes itself available if its support may be useful in the actions that may be carried out in support of the populations involved, in full compliance with the evolution of international regulations and is evaluating any support initiatives.
