RESIGNATION OF THE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR MARCO MILANI

Santa Maria di Sala (VE), May 12, 2020 – Piovan S.p.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that, today, at a later time with respect to the AGM held today, the Non-Executive and Independent Director Marco Milani has resigned, for personal reasons, from the office of Independent Director of the Company and, consequently, from the further offices held in the Nomination and Compensation Committee and in the Related Parties Committee.

The resignation will be effective from the next Board of Directors' Meeting, which has been already called for May 14, 2020.

The Nomination and Compensation Committee, whose meeting is scheduled on May 14, 2020, will be asked to propose to the Board of Directors the candidate for the replacement of the resigning Director through co-optation.

To the Company's knowledge and on the basis of the information available, Mr. Milani did not hold any shares in the Company.
