Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 28 May

2015 regarding the share capital increase in Pioneer

Property Group ASA (the "Company") by issuance of 900,000

new ordinary shares each with par value NOK 1 at a

subscription price of NOK 100, raising gross proceeds for

the Company of NOK 90,000,000. The share capital increase

was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises on 9 June 2015. Following the share capital

increase the Company has a share capital of NOK 16,314,470

consisting of 9,814,470 ordinary shares and 6,500,000

preference shares each of par value NOK 1.
