Pioneer Property Group ASA - Approved Prospectus

Oslo, 4 June 2015 - Reference is made to the stock

exchange notice of 20 May 2015 regarding the application

for listing of the preference shares in Pioneer Property

Group ASA ("Pioneer Property Group" or "the Company") on

Oslo Axess.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved

the prospectus dated 3 June 2015 that has been prepared in

connection with the public offering of existing preference

shares in the Company and the listing of the Company's

preference shares on Oslo Axess.

The prospectus will, subject to regulatory restrictions in

certain jurisdictions, be available at
