Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 9 October 2019 by Pioneer Property Group ASA ("PPG") regarding the agreement entered into between PPG and Odin Bidco AS regarding the sale by PPG of all the shares in Pioneer Public Properties AS and Pioneer Management AS (the "Transaction"), and the stock exchange announcement published on 24 October 2019 regarding completion of the Transaction.

As required by Section 3.5 of the Oslo Stock Exchange's Continuing Obligations of Stock Exchange Listed Companies, an information memorandum related to the Transaction has been prepared by PPG. The information memorandum was approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 19 November 2019.
