Dividend to the holders of preference shares:

The Board of Directors in Pioneer Property Group ASA has approved the dividend to holders of preference shares for the second quarter of 2022. The Q2 dividend is an ordinary dividend to the holders of preference shares.

Dividend amount: 2.375 per preference share

Declared currency: Norwegian Krone

Last day including right: 29. June 2022

Ex-date: 30. June 2022

Record date: 1. July 2022

Payment date: 12. July 2022

Date of approval: 21. April 2022 (AGM), 18. May 2022 (Board Meeting).

Dividend to the holders of ordinary shares:

The Board of Directors in Pioneer Property Group ASA has on the basis of the authorisation by the Annual General Meeting in 2022 in addition to the ordinary dividend to the holders of preference shares also approved a dividend in the amount of NOK 1.442 per relevant ordinary share, in total NOK 4,735,597.22. The dividend shall only be distributed to the number of ordinary shares held by Eidissen Consult AS and Grafo AS. Expected payment date for the distribution is 12 July 2022.
