Dividend to the holders of preference shares:

The Board of Directors in Pioneer Property Group ASA has approved the dividend to holders of preference shares for the second quarter of 2021. The Q2 dividend is an ordinary dividend to the holders of preference shares.

Dividend amount: 2.1250 per preference share

Declared currency: Norwegian Kroner

Last day including right: 29 June 2021

Ex-date: 30 June 2021

Record date: 01 July 2021

Payment date: 09 July 2021

Date of approval: 19 April 2021(AGM), 19 May 2021(Board Meeting)

Dividend to the holders of ordinary shares:

The Board of Directors in Pioneer Property Group ASA has today on the basis of the authorisation by the Annual General Meeting in 2021 in addition to the ordinary dividend to the holders of preference shares also approved a dividend in the amount of NOK 1.291 per relevant ordinary share, in total NOK 4,239,705.97. The dividend shall only be distributed to the number of ordinary shares held by Eidissen Consult AS and Grafo AS. Expected payment date for the distribution is 09 July 2021.
