Dividends of NOK 1.87500 per preference share - last day inclusive

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Pioneer

Property Group ASA (PPG PREF) 18 March 2016 where it was

informed that the general meeting approved a dividend of NOK

1.87500 per preference share to the owners of preference

shares as set out in the company's shareholders register in

the Central Securities Depository (VPS) at 31 March 2016

("record date"). Investors should note that this means that

the last day the preference shares are traded including the

right to this dividend is today, 29 March 2016, and the

first day the preference shares are traded exclusive the

right to this dividend is tomorrow, the 30th March 2016

("ex-date"). The dividend is expected to be received by

shareholders with a Norwegian bank account registered for

dividend payments on 4 April 2016.
