Shareholder disclosure in Pioneer Property Group ASA

The General Meeting in Norlandia Care Group AS has

today decided to pay out dividends in the form of

preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA

(PPG PREF). Hospitality Invest AS will receive

166,036 preference shares. The shares will be

transferred within a short period of time.

Following the transaction, Hospitality Invest AS

and HI Capital AS (100% owned by Hospitality Invest

AS) will have a combined holding of 2,175,525

ordinary shares and 381,466 preference shares.

Total holding will be 2,556,991 shares,

corresponding to 15.67% of total outstanding

shares. As a result, Hospitality Invest AS exceeds

the threshold of 15%, as referred to in the

Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 4-2.

Following the transaction, Hospitality Invest AS

controls 21.15% of the voting rights in Pioneer

Property Group ASA.
