Dividends of NOK 1.87500 per preference share - last day inclusive

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Pioneer

Property Group ASA (PPG PREF) 28 September 2015 where it was

informed that the extraordinary general meeting approved a

dividend of NOK 1.87500 per preference share to the owners

of preference shares as set out in the company's

shareholders register in the Central Securities Depository

(VPS) at the end of 30 December 2015 ("record date").

Investors should note that this means that the last day the

preference shares are traded including the right to this

dividend is today, 28 December 2015, and the first day the

preference shares are traded exclusive the right to this

dividend is on 29 December 2015 ("ex-date"). The dividend is

expected to be received by shareholders with a Norwegian

bank account registered for dividend payments on 5 January
